Lead groups through immersive escape room experiences, monitor gameplay, provide hints when needed, and ensure guest satisfaction. Requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and enthusiasm for interactive entertainment. Part-time and full-time positions available.
Create innovative puzzle concepts, design immersive room themes, and develop engaging narratives for new escape room experiences. Ideal candidates have backgrounds in game design, creative writing, or theatrical production. Collaborate with technical teams to bring concepts to life.
Maintain and troubleshoot electronic puzzle systems, lighting, audio equipment, and monitoring technology. Requires technical aptitude, basic electronics knowledge, and ability to work independently. Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar systems is a plus.
Oversee guest services, manage booking operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Requires strong leadership skills, customer service experience, and ability to handle multiple priorities. Opportunity to shape the future of our guest experience strategy.
